“It’s my birthday and I’ll give away free stuff if I want to!” That’s definitely not how that song goes haha, but let’s roll with it anyway. I cannot believe I’m 29 already!!! Holy cow, where has the time gone?! This is the last year of my 20s and I’m determined to make it a standout year. I have my 30 Before 30 Bucket List set and I’m slowly checking things off, but in the meantime, I’m also super pumped to continue growing my blog and my brand.

This isn’t just any old giveaway though. Since I’m so into personal wellness and taking time to pamper ourselves because yes we all deserve to, I’m doing a Wellness Giveaway! I’ve put together a package of items that are perfect for giving yourself a night of pampering. Doesn’t that sound amazing – a night of pampering shipped right to your doorstep?

– The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck by Mark Manson – I honestly loved reading this book! It contains a lot of profanity, but the messages and lessons that are taught are so worth the read. I read this book about 2 months ago and it absolutely changed my outlook on life. It’s also the reason why I dove headfirst into recommitting myself to blogging.

– “She lives the poetry she cannot write” Journal – I started journaling earlier this year and I really enjoy it. It gives me 5-10 minutes a week where I can just write about my life, the things I’m grateful for, my goals, etc. It is one of the most calming things I do because it helps me to put things on paper so they aren’t constantly running around my mind.

– “Best Day Ever” mug filled with David’s Tea samples – Because who doesn’t love to curl up to a good book with a hot cup of tea in hand?

– Copper Rose scented candle – I love lighting candles to set the mood for an evening of relaxation so this was definitely a must add to this wellness package.

– 3 Face sheet masks – I absolutely love using face masks because they make your face look so fresh and radiant. It’s an essential part of any night of pampering in my opinion.

– Gold circular pendant necklace – This isn’t really “wellness” related, but it was so simple and elegant that I had to add it in. I love accessorizing because it helps me feel good when I’m out and about, so I decided to throw this in as a bonus treat.

– $25 cash back on the purchase of a Young Living Premium Starter Kit – I have fallen in love with essential oils recently and I love how beneficial they are for us in so many aspects of our lives.
