
The idea of showing ourselves self-love and self-care goes SO FAR beyond that. Sometimes self-love is saying no to doing something that you really just don’t want to do, other times it means taking a day away from social media and the pressure that comes with it. Self-love is so all-encompassing that it has the ability to truly impact our mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

I have a confession – I’ve always LOVED to make ‘to-do’ lists, but I used to struggle HARD to actually get through them. You see, I’ve always had the organization mindset to put pen to paper and make a good old list of what I needed to get done each week and what my top priorities were.
