Running on no more than 3 hours of sleep at a time when your baby is waking up throughout the night is freaking HARD and takes a huge toll on your ability to be alert, present, and interactive with them during the day. I am so grateful every day for Mia sleeping through the night because it has truly made ME a better parent.
